Empowering Social and Impact Entrepreneurs to Build Sustainable Business Models
ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
Impact Launchpad is an intensive 1.5-month programme designed for social and impact entrepreneurs looking to develop their existing services or product(s) into sustainable and scalable business models. The programme is structured into multiple phases, through which participants gain key knowledge, mentorship, and support to successfully realise their projects.
Participants will learn how to validate their service or product, acquire their first customers and refine their pitch for potential investors or partners.
The programme is free of charge for participants.

PROGRAMME STRUCTURE
🟡 Phase 1: Preparation and Validation
- Introductory meeting and seminars
- Workshops on impact and business modelling
- Competitor analysis and SWOT analysis preparation
- Submission of the Impact Canvas and self-assessment
🟠 Phase 2: Development and Mentorship
- Intensive workshops on finance, legal structures, and investments
- Individual mentoring and advisory sessions
- Development of an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) and market testing
- Public speaking and storytelling training
🟢 Phase 3: Final Event
- Semi-finals and final pitch presentations in front of an expert panel
- Live voting and selection of winners
- Award ceremony and networking

Total prize fund (financial and non-financial): €10,000
🥇 1st Prize: €1,500
🥈 2nd Prize: €1,250
🥉 3rd Prize: €1,000
Note: Previous financial prize winners of Impact Hub Ljubljana programmes may receive a maximum of €2,500 in financial support over a three-year period. If a recipient has already reached this limit, the remaining amount may be awarded in the form of non-financial benefits provided by Impact Hub Ljubljana and its co-founders.
