Every project evolves step by step. Our incubation model systematically guides you through five key phases — from the initial idea to sustainable growth:

Impact Pathway
You can join any Impact Pathway programme
that corresponds to your current stage of development. As the programmes are tiered, you can attend all three in succession to maximally accelerate your growth.
Social Impact Award (SIA)
TARGET AUDIENCE:
Individuals and teams in the ideation (-2) and conceptualisation (-1) phases.
FOCUS:
Understanding the foundations of social and impact entrepreneurship, clearly defining the problem, and crafting the first “problem pitch”.
RESULT:
A clearly defined problem, an initial business model, and integration into a community of young impact entrepreneurs.
Impact Launchpad
TARGET AUDIENCE:
Projects in the commitment (0) and validation (1) phases.
FOCUS:
Transitioning from an idea to the first serious validation. Building the team, developing the MVP, acquiring the first users, and laying the legal and organisational foundations.
RESULT:
A validated business model, a working MVP, market-tested hypotheses, and a pitch deck for further growth (for those who did not complete this during SIA).
Impact Next
TARGET AUDIENCE:
Established projects in the growth phase (2).
FOCUS:
Scaling, investment readiness, expansion into new markets, and advanced management systems.
RESULT:
A clear growth strategy with measurable impact, a professionalised organisational structure, and direct access to a network of potential investors.
